Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and GlobeQuizz (globequizz.com), which is run by Yassine in Doha, Qatar. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using GlobeQuizz
You may play for personal, non-commercial use, and teachers may use the quizzes in class. You may not copy the site, its questions or its content in bulk, or use the site in a way that harms it or other players.
Accounts and minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you confirm this when you first sign in. Anyone can play as a guest. Keep the email or Google account you sign in with secure: whoever controls it controls your GlobeQuizz account.
You are responsible for your display name: no offensive, misleading or impersonating names. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
Fair play
Scores, XP and ranks must come from your own play. Do not use scripts, bots or tools that answer for you, change how long an answer took or tamper with what the site sends. Our server checks every game; games that fail these checks earn no XP, and we may reset progress or close accounts involved in cheating.
Free games and limits
Guests can play 3 games a day and free accounts 10; the Daily Challenge never counts. We may change limits, modes and features over time, and the current limits are always shown on the site.
Premium
Premium is a subscription billed monthly ($1.99) or yearly ($9.99), plus any tax that applies where you live. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing and billing support. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. If the price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel first.
Content and accuracy
We work hard to keep facts correct, but geography changes and mistakes happen. The site is offered for learning and entertainment, as it is, without a guarantee that it is always accurate or available. Where states dispute a matter, we aim to describe it neutrally.
The site, its design, texts and question engine belong to GlobeQuizz. Data and images from others are used under their licences, listed on the About page.
Liability
As far as the law allows, GlobeQuizz is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by interruptions, errors in content or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time on the account page. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without taking away the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
